Hoping for some advice. I would like a low threshold shower tray in a ground level bathroom on a concrete floor. How practical is it to fit one of these to a concrete floor regarding drainage? I guess once fitted to the concrete floor the drainage trap would be pretty inaccessible?

You can buy traps that can be serviced from the top. Make sure the pipework is dry and well supported before you concrete too.

the flow rate out of the waste needs to be good as a low threshold shower tray can’t take much water before it overflows. Keep the pipe run short with as few bends as possible. If you like a high flow rate shower it might be best to fit a wet room style trap and a 50mm diameter pipe.
